LazyBar Responsible Gambling
Gambling is entertainment. LazyBar operates under a Curaçao gaming licence issued to Terdersoft B.V., and that licence requires us to maintain tools that let you control how you play. This page sets out those tools, the signs that gambling may have stopped being enjoyable, and the external organisations that offer free, confidential support.
Our commitment
LazyBar holds a Curaçao gaming licence covering both the casino and sportsbook. Under that licence, we are required to provide age verification (18+), identity checks before withdrawal, self-exclusion facilities, and a published dispute resolution route. LazyBar is not UK-licensed and does not integrate with GAMSTOP, the UK’s national self-exclusion register.
Tools available
Several controls are available directly from your account. You do not need to contact support to use most of them.
- Loss limits: set a maximum loss amount on your account. Once the limit is reached, further play is paused until the period resets.
- Self-exclusion: request closure of your account at any time. On receipt of a self-exclusion request, we close the account immediately. Reopening is not automatic.
- Bonus refusal: you can decline or cancel any active bonus without wagering it and without losing your own funds.
- Account closure: send a request to [email protected] and we close the account. A balance remaining at closure is returned to you, subject to standard withdrawal processing.
One limitation to note: deposit limits cannot be applied to cryptocurrency deposits. If you deposit in crypto and want to restrict your spend, the loss limit is the available control. For any questions about setting these tools up, live chat is available around the clock.
Signs to watch for
Some patterns suggest gambling has moved outside its intended role. These are factual indicators, not a diagnosis.
- Chasing losses by placing further bets to recover money already lost
- Spending more time or money gambling than you planned before the session started
- Gambling affecting time with family, friends, or work
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
- Feeling irritable or restless when not gambling
- Concealing how much you gamble from people close to you
If any of these apply, the organisations below offer free support.
